SEMPLICE is a small independent label founded in 1996.
Our credo is a new approach to Lithuanian music.
Our priority is Lithuania’s historical heritage:

•  music of the Commonwealth  of the Two Nations and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania http://www.valdovurumai.lt/;
•  compositions of the artist and composer M. K. Čiurlionis http://www.ciurlionis.lt, other Lithuanian classical and contemporary composers;
•  renovation of archival shellac disks of the inter-war period of the 1920s and 1930s in Lithuania;
•  Lithuanian jazz performers.

With its uncompromising insistence on the quality of the  sound and acoustic environment, SEMPLICE offers you many musical programs recorded in the churches of Vilnius. The basic goal of each record of SEMPLICE is to experience the joy and the feeling of discovery and creation  in all stages, and to convey the personality of the composer and performer in the sound recording.
